How Do You Clean The Sensor Probe On A Cwg3100aae Gas Wall Oven?

We are able to start the oven and it runs for a short period of time then we get a fault code. I'm sure it is the sensor and it needs to be cleaned or filed. I'd like to see a diagram of it and the igniter if possible.
