How To Connect To Tv And Speakers From Maranta 4300 Receiver

To connect your TV and speakers to the Marantz 4300 receiver, you will need the following:
An optical or coaxial digital audio cable (depending on the audio output of your TV)
Speaker wire
Connecting your TV to the receiver:
Turn off both the TV and the receiver.
Connect one end of the optical or coaxial digital audio cable to the optical or coaxial audio output jack on your TV.
Connect the other end of the cable to the corresponding input jack on the receiver.
Turn on the TV and the receiver.
Connecting your speakers to the receiver:
Identify the speaker terminals on the back of the receiver.
Strip about 1/2 inch of insulation from the ends of the speaker wire.
Twist the bare wires together and insert them into the speaker terminals on the receiver.
Make sure that the positive and negative wires are connected to the correct terminals.
Connect the other ends of the speaker wire to the speakers.
Once you have connected your TV and speakers to the receiver, you should be able to hear audio from your TV through your speakers.
Here are some additional tips for connecting your TV and speakers to the Marantz 4300 receiver:
Make sure that the volume on the TV and the receiver is turned up.
If you are using an optical digital audio cable, make sure that the TV and receiver are both set to the optical input.
If you are using a coaxial digital audio cable, make sure that the TV and receiver are both set to the coaxial input.
