The Registration Screen Fails To Show Up After Connecting The Magic Jack.

After connection the magicJack to the computer and Telephone, the Registraion screen fails to show up and I am unable to register my magic Jack. The left hand screen shows - Just be patient the registration screen will show up shortly - but this just isn't happening. In short, I am unable to make calls.

I'm presuming you're in the free trial period. Even so, you're entitled to the promised service, especially as you're liable for full payment if you don't return the product at your expense.

magicJack's customer support is for the most part however magically lacking. You can try phoning them, at 561-594-9925. You may also reach magicJack by writing:

You can complain to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221 or 2005 Apalachee Pkwy., Tallahassee, FL 32399.
