My Magic Jack Number Is. I Paid My Yearly Renewal Fee A Couple Months

ago. Since then I can only receive calls, can't make any calls. I unplugged it and plug it back, but still doesn't work.

Sorry for your problems. Your magicJack may not work properly, or at all [partial list]:

if your magicJack is not running,
if it's not properly secured,
if the phone cord is not secured or is broken,
if you're not connected to the Internet at a sufficiently high speed,
if without a powered USB hub several phones are used to generate power from a USB port,
or if your magicJack device is defective.

You may wish to try these instructions. You can also reset the device, as explained here. Or consider "Running MagicJack as System" as outlined here.

As it's probably too late to return the device, you can seek a resolution with your credit card company or with the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221 or 2005 Apalachee Pkwy., Tallahassee, FL 32399.
