You may want to check with your bank to make sure the renewal payment went through. magicJack's customer support is for the most part magically lacking. You can try phoning them, at 561-594-9925. You may also reach magicJack by writing:

You can dispute any payment with your credit/debit card provider or complain to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221 or 2005 Apalachee Pkwy., Tallahassee, FL 32399.
