Renewing Magic Jack Number Not My Own

I would like to renew the Magic Jack Number 818 627 1160 which Mr. Earl Jamora donated to the Christian Society for the Prevention of Blindness and Rehabilitation of the Blind Inc.. How do we proceed? The Magic Jack is in Davao City, Philippines. I am in Quezon City Philippines. Earl Jamora is in Canada.

I had mine renewed by Dalimara for only P1400.
