Duplicate Payment
i was trying to renew my service yesterday, but was having problem ,later i was help out , now i check my bank account and saw that the single payment i was paid appears four times on my account . please help me cancel those payment. i only want a single payment to be credited to my account . thanks

Your first step should be to click here to log in to your magicJack account, and then click the "My Subscriptions" tab.
If what you see doesn't satisfy you, you may reach magicJack by writing:

You can also try phoning them, at 281-404-1551 or 561-594-2140.
However, your best course would be to dispute the charges with your credit card company.
