Why Is It So Difficult To Pay The Magicjack Bill & Renew Service?

We are having a terrible time working with online chat to help us figure out why we can't pay our bill and renew our yearly service. We were also unable ot take advantage of of keeping last year's price when we were asked to renew in January of this year. Our renewal date month is April. The main help person, Ivanna, is inept.

As you've discovered, magicJack does not offer more than the most feeble customer support.

You can also try phoning them, at 561-594-9925.

If all else fails, you can dispute any payment with your credit card provider or complain to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221 or 2005 Apalachee Pkwy., Tallahassee, FL 32399. If it's within 30 days, you can return the product using these instructions.
