How can I renew my service, I don't remember my Email address and pass word

Submit this magicJack form to have instructions sent to you for changing the registration of your email address. Then go here and use the "Forgot password?" link. You may need to disable popup blockers.

Then to renew, go to my.magicjack.com, click the My Subscriptions tab, and under RENEWAL click Details. Then click One Year License or Five Year License, and follow the instructions.
