Billing Paid For 5 Years Then Paid For A Year For Somthing Cant Get It To Work

Sorry, but as you may have found, magicJack's support is basically useless.

Your magicJack may not work properly, or at all [partial list]:

if your magicJack is not running,
if it's not properly secured,
if the phone cord is not secured or is broken,
if you're not connected to the Internet at a sufficiently high speed,
if without a powered USB hub several phones are used to generate power from a USB port,
or if your magicJack device is defective.

You may wish to try these instructions. You can also reset the device, as explained here. Or consider "Running MagicJack as System" as outlined here.

The only way to clear this problem up is to call CS @ Phone: 561-594-9925 How to reach a live person: They say this phone number is only for billing questions, but it is the only way to get a hold of a live person. The only other option is their online support which is basically useless. Hours of Operation: 11am - 8pm EST
