Reset

How do I rest the Magellan road mate gps 1475t? I was told to locate a small hole on the bottom right or left of my unit, but there is none. In fact there are no openings on the frame of my unit. Also I was unable to update my unit because my unit is no longer recognizable on my IMac desktop when I never had a problem before
