Gps300 Das Not Recieve Satelites

This Magelan is from 1995 i gues. Its long time not used and now the problem is it cant find more than one satelite. even with the startup procedur. is it because the year is given with only two digits, and this causes a wrong sateliteconstellation because it starts in 1900? anny help?
