Cr610, Can Not Use Wireless, Troubleshooter Says It Is Not On Led Says It Is

cannot connect using wireless. troubleshooter says it is on LED says it isnt. Used toggle (antenna icon) and this changes light on/off but doesn't enable wireless. Is there another means of turning off / on? Is there a setting or somesuch i can access? Or am i using wrong toggle?
