Ultrathin Ipad Air Keyboard Issue

My husband bought me an ultrathin keyboard cover for the iPad Air in late December 2013 from London Gatwick as we were transiting to visit family. I was thrilled with it. it was exactly what I wanted and needed and it worked brilliantly. Well, it did right up till the end of Feburary when suddenly certain keys appeared to be "sticking" so I would get lots of a and lots of w. I made sure it was charged, I unpaired it then repaired it with the ipad. It seemed to clear up of its own volition 2 weeks later and I continued to use it. I did note at the time that others had experienced this and various users suggested ways to work around the problems but it was noted that Logitech support were strangely silent on the matter. Forward to mid March and now my keyboard is not working again. This time c and i are not working and certain letters seem to insist on having a companion when you type i.e. if I typed k then w seemed to have to be next to it. I did exactly what I had done previously - unpairing, charging etc. It's now a useless piece of plastic taking up space in our house. It lasted precisely 2 months. I put in a query to Logitech support on 19th March and got a response from the European logitech support to say that they had referred it to their US offices (we live in Bermuda) who would contact me. Despite having chased, I have yet to hear from US Logitech. I'm rather disappointed, to say the least. Why is it so hard to get in touch with Logitech? I don't want to phone them. Phonecalls from Bermuda cost a small fortune but there are no email addresses to contact. Any thoughts on the problem or getting hold of the elusive US support? Thanks
