Key Board Problems
I have a K400r. I need to reset my keyboard. I get this " when I hit shift and the number 2. I am supposed to get the at sign. I get this É when I hit the shift backslash key. I am supposed to get a question mark. How can I fix this problem.

1. Re plug in the receiver to USB port (please use one connection at a time, either USB or PS2)
2. Press and hold the connect button for 10secs on the receiver to reset
3. Upon reset, reconnect the receiver and the mouse
