Lexmark T650 No Boot
With hardware options is installed (2nd tray) printer doesn't boot,: fan ok, no display.

Problem Dead machine; Printer not getting power; No power; Not powering on; Printer not responding; Blank operator panel display; No lights; No noises Solution Explanation
This issue may be due to one of the following:
- An incorrectly set power switch (i.e. the printer is still turned off).
- The printer is connected to a surge protector or power supply back-up device.
- An improperly functioning power outlet.
- A poorly connected power cord.
- A defect with the power cord or a data cable.
- A defect with an electrical option, such as a memory card. NOTE: This is especially true of third-party (i.e. non-Lexmark) options.
- An incorrectly connected or malfunctioning optional paper tray.
- A malfunctioning printer component.
