Lexmark 415 Prints Blank Pages

My Lexmark 415 printer just print blank pages, how can I fix that?

First, make sure that you're using genuine Lexmark cartridges. If not, try replacing the cartridges.

If you're using genuine Lexmark cartridges, make sure that the firmware of your printer is up to date. Just go to http://bit.ly/WJZh67 to download the fimrware update.

If the firmware update doesn't help, try to perform a maintenance on the cartridges. To do that, on the control panel of your printer, press on Setup > Maintenance > Deep Clean Printhead.

I updated both of the printer intalls using the update icon in the lexmark software menu. The one that was "copy1" on mt system was evidently the firmware in the copier. The copier firmare updated and my pages are printing again. Otherwise I was going to reiinstall from scratch, but it seems ok now.
