When I Print Anything In Black Ink, It Comes Out In Gray And With White Streaks.
white strecks in printjobs in black ink only. Deep clean done, printhead remove and cleaned, but still has strecks.

Since you have finished cleaning the printhead, this might be related to the printhead error itself. Unfortunately, you will need to replace the ink cartridge/toner of your Lexmark Platinum Pro905 with a brand new one. Compatible cartridges for this device can be purchased from the following stores:

Try updating the firmware of your printer. Just go to http://bit.ly/ghfW8H to download the firmware update.
After updating the firmware, try to perform the deep clean printhead process again.
If it still doesn't help, please contact our technical support team via phone so they can do some diagnostics.
