My Lexmark C532n Conductor Unit
My conductor unit has a scratch on it and the image is coming off on the printed document. I replaced the conductor unit and now it has the same scratch. What is causing this and what do I need to do?

Please check if there is any loose or foreign material on the photoconductor unit or transfer belt, if none, try to replace your toner.
For us to diagnose further it would be best to send us a copy of the print quality pages from your printer. To do this, 1. Turn off the printer.2. Press and hold > and .3. Turn on the printer.4. Release the buttons when the clock graphic displays. 5. select print quality pages.
