Remove Red Tape From Photo Conductor

WE CANNOT GET OUR PRINTER WORKING BECAUSE IT KEEPS TELLING US TO REMOVE RED TAPE FROM PHOTO CONDUCTOR. WE HAVE REMOVED ALL TAPE THAT WE CAN FIND AND IT STILL BRINGS THE ERROR UP, OVER AND OVER
