Stapler

Just purchased a new XS658de. This machine does not seem to have the capability to staple a document together. There is a icon under the copy function button, but it is grayed out. No matter what I do, the button stays grayed out. With the machine that you have, do you have access to the staple button on your machine? What do I need to do to enable this function to work?

First check if the Staple Finisher is detected. Print a Menu Settings Page, to do this, Menu > Reports > Menu Setttings Page. On the Menu Settings Page, look for Installed Options/Features, check if the Staple Finisher is detected. For further details, please feel free to contact us.
