My Lexmark X6150 All In One Keeps Giving Me A Busy Tone.

i can't receive faxes nor can I send a fax, the unit is disturbing me because the time it decided to become inoperable is when I actually need It to work. It's not connected to a computer, it is plugged directly into the phone jack, any help you could provide would be very appreciated.
