Technical Question On Machine Not Charging

Im A Hardware Technician Worked Over 15 Years In Computer Hardware And Repairing. I Have A Lenovo G550 Model:2958 i Insert The Charger But Not Charging the Voltage On The Mainboard Is Going And My Charger Is Fine i Checked The Output Voltage At Battery Terminals But No Voltage what Could Be The Problem?
