Sound System And Microm Phone Is Not Working

-when i am playing songs sound is not comming -In coming calls are coming and ringtone sound is coming but when I pick the call am not able tp listen the call and the caller is not to listen me. -speaker phone icon is not working -all other function are working fine would request pls help to resolve this problem
