No, the LG Cosmos does not have a SIM card. Verizon operates on a CDMA network, and most of its phones do not have SIM cards. The exceptions are "world" or global phones which include special radios that operate on GSM frequencies and a SIM card that enables you to use the phone overseas in countries with GSM service, and 4G handsets will also have LTE SIM cards.
