Why Does My Keyboard On Ny Lg Us780 Not Pop Up?

My phone allows me to put password in but will not let me text or change securty features . The keyboard will not come up at all I have tried reseting phone but I need to be able to put password In to reset

Hi. While the device is on off mode, enter the recovery menu and Wipe all cache" and power it on, retry and observe.
