Lg Cell Phone-quick Volume Control?

I leave my phone on my desk at work. I need to turn the volume down with vibrate on. When I go for lunch I need to turn volume back up. I want to be able to do this quickly. Just got phone this week and haven't had time to play around with it much. Tip would be appreciated. Angie
