Lg Ms770 Wont Turn On ...

My lg ms770 was on 9% at school and it turned off completely i tried to turn it on like 3 times it went on and turned off each time. I was in the car trying to charge it and it wasnt chatging at all it didnt go on again. Its been blinking where the home lights are but thats all it does. It hasnt been going on for 8 days.. what does that mean ???
