Turntable Will Not Rotate

The turntable is assembled properly but will not rotate therefore food will not cook properly. It has always made a "bumping" sound while rotating, but now does not rotate at all.

If it is new, and has a warranty with the producer (LG) or with the store you bought it with.

If it is not new, you may need to take it apart or have someone take it apart to fix it. It sounds like there is an electric motor attached to a device that moves it. First check that the electric motor is still functional, if it is, make sure the rotating device does not have any broken or loose parts.
