Error Code Ch 21

LG LAN185HV. I came in this morning and wall unit was blowing cold air and had brought indoor temp down to 49degF (outdoor temp is currently 6 degrees F). Since two days ago, the unit had gone from blowing warm air in heating mode to cooling mode, all by itself. Unit now only blows cold air in cooling mode. Unit will not blow warm air in either auto change over mode nor will it blow air in Heating mode. I have switched off the wall unit reset it, pressed "reset" on the remote controller and cleaned the filters but it still will not heat in any mode.
