Phone Won't Start Up.
So when I turn phone on it does everything normal until the blue service of tracfone screen. Then it just keeps flashing that screen and won't boot up. Is there anyway to fix this problem?

Hi, you will have to try hard resetting your phone.
1 Turn the phone off.
2 Press and hold the Power/Lock Key + Volume Down Key at the same time.
3 Release the Power/Lock Key only when the LG logo is displayed, then immediately press and hold it again.
4 Release all of the keys when the Factory data reset screen is displayed.
5 Press the Volume Down Key to scroll to Yes, then press the Power/Lock Key to confirm.
6 Press the Volume Down Key to scroll to Yes once again, then press the Power/Lock Key to confirm.
7 Your phone performs a factory reset."
This reset should reset the phone to factory defaults, like it came fresh out of the box.
If all of this fails to restore the phone, send it back for exchange.
