Lg 570 Blueray Player - Missing Software Disc.

I purchase this player from AMAZON and tried to link up with my home network. I read that I should have received a disc with Nero Home Essentials software. It was not in the box, would it be possible to get a replacement. It was purchased on Mrch 11 of this year but I just recently tried to link with my network. Thank you for your help.
