This Function Is Not Available Now
My LG 50PK550 (plasma TV) flashes the message "This function is not available now." after the TV has been on for 30-45 minutes. Unplugging the TV for approximately 30 seconds then plugging it in again eliminates the problem for the rest of the evening; however, the message flashes on again the next day. LG Customer Support doesn't seem to have be able to eliminate the problem. Will a firmware update work? Is one available? How do I update my firmware?

This may be caused by sticky remote keys but the main board can be behind the message flashing in extreme cases. Read more on this here.
