Greetings - This can result if the size of the document on the print queue differs from paper size that the printer is currectly set on - this so beause proceeding may result in a paper jam. You can turn off the print, delete all print jobs on the queue and then make sure that the size settings of you document programme (eg. MS Word) corrolates with that of the printer.
