The "authorized fix" from Konica Tech Support is to open the toner compartment door to expose the Image Transfer Belt Assembly and near the top you should see a metal plate with two large springs on either end. Pull the plate in the direction the springs allow it to go about a half inch then allow it to snap back into place.
