when this message is on the srceen i can not get to the counter to see what the counts are for the copier. We have had this copier/printer for less then a year and it says the I unit end (imager is shot on the K toner) How long should it last and how can I get to the screen for the counter. It will not display anything but the error message and the toner levels...no other screen....what can I do to get the count on the K toner?
