Bizhub Won't Fax
My bizhub 423 won't fax anymore. faxes come in but we can't faxx out. We just instaled the mechine on the network. I think it's a setting but so far can't find it.

Hi, if it used to fax out but it won't now, the fax board may have gone bad. Plug a phone into the jack where the copier's fax line plugs in and see if you can make outgoing phone calls -- if you can, it's not a problem with the line (unless the call sounds like it has a lot of static on it). Make sure the phone line is plugged into the correct port in the copier. Also make sure you don't need to dial 9, 1, or any other prefix before dialing the number to fax.
