Z981 Shuts Down After Being Turn On!

Camer start up, then displays error message " Lens obstrcted. Remove ens cp. " nd ten suts down fter few seconds. Despite the fact that there is no cap on the lese! Is there are a simple fix? Esc :: limited mode
