Scanner Won't Work Or Duplex In Twain
I just installed the software to use my i1120 scanner on a new computer (Windows 7). I have it installed on another Windows 7 and have no problems using it with that one. When I try to use it with a program(same one that is on my other computer) that requires a Twain scanner it won't scan at all. I can scan outside the program, but even then cannot duplex.
I tried the Scan Validation tool and selected "Twain". I get a message saying to shut the scanner and the PC down and turn the scanner back on then connect to the PC and turn it back on. I've tried that repeatedly and it still does not work.
