Kodak Esp 3250 How To Clear Error Code 3527

My Kodak 3250 printer showing the error code 3527 printhead carriage jammed.
My Kodak 3250 printer showing the error code 3527 printhead carriage jammed.
I have just installed 2 new ink cartridges andclicked them into place and checked for any obstructions inside the printer but unable to find them.
I have switched on & off several times but the error message but not go away.
The printer have not been used for several years.
Please can you help?
