Kuis18nnx Fill Level Too Low

My KUIS18NNX ice maker does not fully fill the water reservoir . Puts enough water to make ice but circulation pump constantly sucks air.I watched it and the input is very slow dribble of water. I disconnected both input and output lines from controller valves and they are both clear.Is this likely the inlet water valve assembly PN W10163596?ThanksKen
