Check the bearings: The blade assembly is typically supported by bearings that allow it to turn smoothly. If the bearings are worn or damaged, they may be causing the blade to seize up. To check the bearings, you may need to disassemble the blender and remove the blade assembly. Check the bearings for any signs of wear or damage, such as cracks or corrosion. If they appear to be damaged, they will need to be replaced.

Check the blade shaft: The blade shaft is the metal rod that runs through the center of the blade assembly and connects it to the motor. If the shaft is bent or damaged, it may be preventing the blade from turning smoothly. To check the shaft, you may need to remove the blade assembly from the blender and inspect it for any signs of damage. If the shaft is damaged, it will need to be replaced.

Check the motor coupling: The motor coupling is the small plastic piece that connects the motor shaft to the blade shaft. If the coupling is worn or damaged, it may be preventing the blade from turning smoothly. To check the coupling, you will need to disassemble the blender and remove the motor. Inspect the coupling for any signs of wear or damage, and replace it if necessary.

Check the motor windings: If the motor is struggling to turn the blade, there may be an issue with the motor windings. To check the windings, you will need to disassemble the motor and inspect the wires for any signs of damage, such as fraying or discoloration. If the windings are damaged, the motor will likely need to be replaced.
