MY BLENDER JUST FLASHING THE BUTTON BUT NEVER STARTER HELP ME PLEASE...

This sounds like the motor has frozen or the motor control circuits have failed.

UNPLUG THE BLENDER

Once it's unplugged can you rotate the mixer or motor shaft? If not the motor is frozen. Can you move the shaft at all with pliers (carefully so as to not scratch the shaft)?

You won't be able to fix the motor or controls yourself. You can either send the unit to a service shop or simply purchase a new one. New blenders run from $20 to $300 new depending on model. A repair will more than likely be between those figures.
