My Kitchenaid Range Kgra806pss Will Not Hold Temp

The oven will preheat just fine.  But within 15 minutes the oven temp has dropped.  If I set oven to 400, within 15 minutes the temp is down to 215.  It seems the ignitor is openning and closing too quickly.   I have replaced the ignitor, burner, two boards and a sensor all this week.  Nothing has worked.
