Convection Over Kers206xss Fan Noise

In JUne I took delivery of a new convection range.  Aftr using the over the convection fan started to make a loud noise.  I called the appliance dealer who came out, heard the noise, order a new fan and blade.  Came bake in 2 weeks and did the repair.  First time used convection over over 350 the noise came back.  The dealer will be back next week, but will solve the noise problem.  Spend $1147 for the range and expect little noise.  My Kitchenaid dishwasher is so much quieter. Help!  I really feel it is a design issue.
