According to the manual on page 83 it states that the code can't be replaced once it has been setup. I suggest you contact Kenwood CS @ 1-800-322-3848 9:00 am - 8:00 pm (ET) Monday through Friday and Saturday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (ET).
