Can This Kenwood Marine Radio Be Replaced? It Completely Stopped Working

I can't find a replacement for sale.

There are some possibilities of reviving your unit. First, after checking for short circuits in the wires, replace the fuse with one with the same rating. Second [if you haven't yet done so], press the reset button. (See illustrated instructions at https://www.manualslib.com/manual/86102/Kenwood-Kts-300mr.html?page=5&term=reset&selected=3#manual.)
