Not Responding To Volume Knob, And Can't Reset?
My Kenwood was fully functional until I got my battery replaced a couple weeks ago. It still works from my steering wheel buttons, but I get no response from the buttons on the device itself, besides volume control. When I turn on my car, I get the Demo mode display. I press (and sometimes hold down) the volume knob as instructed, but nothing happens. It continues to go through the Demo mode. I'm trying to reset it, but there's not a "reset button" on the back of the device, contrary to what the instruction manuel displays. I've pressed every button including some that weren't buttons. Am I missing something?
