Kenwood Dnn770hd Stopped Working. Multimedia And Navigation Error Messages.
This unit suddenly stopped working normally. Getting messages " Unfortunately multimedia player has stopped" and "Unfortunately navigation has stopped". Resetting through settings menu and by using triangle emblem button to factory settings does not resolve this. We have new firmware to load but can't get past this issue to do so. Any ideas of our next step?
