Connecting To Wifi/set Up Account

I recently purchased a dnn770hd of a friend. Hooked it all up and cannot set up an account. I also connect to wifi but says no service. Therefore I try to create an account but wont let me. Set up account on route collector but still cannot log in. I'm stumped. Any info would be great thanks

It appears that when you connect to Wifi, it says no service. ... Is it possible to find another wifi network name that works? I would definitely reset your device or keep going through all the menu options here.

I am looking at an online manual . I found the link:

It says make sure you do have internet for this thing to work.

Let's try press button.

Press

Press Settings tab

Slide Wifi On

Search for your Wifi network name.

Input password.

Or you can click the tab

You can create the network name through "Network SSID" entry . and choose what Security you want

etc.

If this does not work, how about try resetting your device and start over...

The firmware is flakey. Randomly it will just lose all its settings and you have to reprogram it. Try a hard reset. I dont think there is a firmware update. If there is it will solve your problem.
